Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aster Pharmacy, below are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy. Please read carefully.
Orders can be made at any time from the website
Duration of Shipping
We target to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. Orders made between 9:00 am and 9.00 pm. will be scheduled for delivery as follows:
Nairobi County within 4 hours
Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area within 6 hours
Rest of Kenya within 24 hours
For purchases made after 8.00 p.m. your purchase will be delivered
Nairobi County by 10.00 am the next day.
Greater Nairobi Metropolitan by midday the next day
Rest of Kenya within 36 hours
You will receive an order confirmation on your mobile phone with the order number. If you do not receive the order number, then your order has not been confirmed by our system. There will also be a confirmation on the website under "your orders" section.
You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched. Our delivery rider will also contact you to confirm delivery.
For upcountry deliveries, these will be made by Courier Service Providers.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If this is the case, we will endeavor to contact you via email or telephone.
Below are the delivery charges for the various areas and regions covered.
Parklands, Ngara, Westlands, CBD, Old Muthaiga, Pangani- Ksh. 100
Outside Nairobi- Client to call
Outside the areas mentioned above- Ksh.200
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation SMS or email once your order has been accepted by our system. This number can be used if you have any queries regarding your order delivery.
Please confirm all orders are complete and in good condition on the receipt of your package. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform the delivery agent immediately. Should this be noticed after the delivery agent has left then contact our call center on 0757479339/0777479339 or email at email@example.com as soon as possible, and in any case within 24 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before calling.
Return & Exchange Policy
Goods that arrive damaged, and the delivery agent is notified immediately are automatically eligible for return and/or exchange. If the client notices damage to the goods he/she can ask for them to be retuned and exchanged with other similar goods in good condition and of the same value as those damaged. Should the damage be noticed after the delivery agent has left then the client should contact our call customer support team on 0757479339/0777479339 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and in any case within 24 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before returning damaged goods.
